The greatest need we have in advancing the cause of Christ is the earnest prayer support of our friends around the world. We are committed to providing current prayer needs to these prayer supporters, most often in an e-mail format which allows us to share our needs almost instantaneously with the world. Financial partnerships are absolutely essential to our work. Every All Nations worker, from the newest recruit to the president, is responsible for his or her own personal and ministry finances. Also, each base is financially independent and responsible for raising funds according to its needs. Our needs as a base include the costs of humanitarian aid and mercy ministry projects, church and home fellowship resources and facilities, resources and facilities for our Crisis Pregnancy and Women's Ministries, and an office location and administrative expenses. We are excited to see the faithfulness of God this year as we have just finished our first Discipleship Training School, hosted the All Nations Eastern European Staff Conference and Missions Festival, and seen our other programs become more developed. However, as we look to the future we see the need to locate a facility where we can house, feed, and properly educate our students. We are looking not only for a place for this school, but rather, for a facility which will grow with the base, eventually becoming a University campus, hosting several schools per year. In order to purchase, repair, and furnish a new training facility, we must raise over the funds to do so. Please pray with us as we trust God to provide for this facility. One of our most vital resources is the people that make up All Nations, both short-term volunteers and long-term staff. From a variety of backgrounds, nationalities, and age groups, God has been faithful to send us people who joyfully share His Word every year. We provide all the logistical work for the teams upon their arrival so that they can focus on building relationships that usually see everyone changed -- both those who come and the Mexicans that they come to. We endeavor to provide an outreach for teams that is effective and that leaves an eternal impact. Are you interested in bringing a team? Staff positions are currently open for anyone who has completed a All Nations Disicpleship Training school or the equivalent. Spanish language proficiency is not a requirement for most positions, but Spanish study is required for all non-Spanish speakers.
